Code of Ethics for Participants

1. Purpose

This Code of Ethics defines the standards of conduct applicable to all individuals participating in Stone Play.

It applies in particular to:

  • virtual competition participants
  • sports tournament participants
  • performers and artists
  • contributors and speakers
  • any individual actively involved in the initiative

Its purpose is to ensure a respectful environment, responsible participation, and alignment with the educational mission of Stone Play.

2. Fundamental Principles

Each participant agrees to:

  • act with respect, integrity, and goodwill
  • adopt responsible behavior
  • respect other participants and the organization
  • comply with applicable rules

Stone Play is built on trust, creativity, and ethical engagement.

3. Respect for Individuals

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • hate speech, discrimination, or violence
  • personal attacks or defamation
  • harassment or intimidation
  • incitement to hatred or violence
  • any form of discrimination

These rules apply to all interactions, both online and in person.

4. Responsible Content

All content or performances must:

  • be original
  • respect the official theme
  • comply with applicable laws
  • align with the educational mission of the initiative

Violent, obscene, dangerous, or misleading content is prohibited.

5. Authenticity and Integrity

Each participant agrees to:

  • use a real or consistent identity
  • avoid any fraudulent practices
  • not manipulate results or engagement
  • respect established rules

Any attempt at fraud may result in immediate sanctions.

6. Compliance with Rules and Decisions

Participants acknowledge that their participation is governed by the General Regulations and specific rules.

The Stone Foundation may moderate, reject, or remove any content.

All organizational decisions are final.

7. Individual Responsibility

Each participant is responsible for their content, interactions, and overall behavior.

The Stone Foundation cannot be held responsible for non-compliant individual actions.

8. Behavior and Interactions

All interactions must remain respectful, constructive, and positive.

Unnecessary conflicts, public disputes, or ideological misuse should be avoided.

Stone Play is a space for dialogue and understanding, not confrontation.

9. Sanctions

In case of non-compliance, the following measures may apply:

  • warning
  • content removal or rejection
  • disqualification
  • temporary or permanent exclusion
  • reporting to platforms if necessary

Sanctions are applied proportionally to the severity of the situation.

10. Commitment

By participating in Stone Play, each participant acknowledges having read this Code of Ethics and agrees to comply with its principles.
